Sitzendorf Large Figural Compote circa 1880. Large 2 Piece compote measuring 46.5 cm high and approx 33 x 34 cm across (37 cm across diagonally). Lots of detail with 2 ladies and 2 cherubs on the base and a hand pierced fluted bowl. Lots of great hand painted decorations. The wing on one of the cherubs has been repaired and a small repair on the toe of one woman. Also there was something on the hand of one lady that is missing and 2 chips on the top of the base where the bowl sits. Otherwise it is in nice condition for its age and displays very nicely.
